As expected, moments ago Oppo launched the N1 mini in India. The smartphone with a 13-megapixel swivel camera is available in white, mint and yellow colors and is priced at Rs 26,990.

Talking of specifications, the N1 mini features a 5-inch HD (1280×720 pixels) display and is powered by a Snapdragon 400 quad-core processor clocked at 1.6GHz and paired with Adreno 305 GPU and 2GB of RAM.

On the photography front, the smartphone boasts a 13-megapixel swivel camera that can be used as a rear as well as a front-facing camera. The camera is accompanied by a LED flash and is capable of shooting photos at 24-megapixel Ultra HD mode.

The smartphone also features 16GB internal storage, but no microSD card to expand it, and a 2,140mAh battery. Connectivity options include 3G support, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and on the software front, it runs on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean wrapped under Oppo’s ColorOS 1.4 UI.

The Oppo N1 mini will be up against the likes of the Gionee Elife E6, and the Lenovo Vibe X among others. While the specifications are almost identical, the N1 mini’s hefty price tag will go against it.
