OS X 10.10 photos leaked ahead of WWDC unveil, reveal iOS 7-like Control Center, Notification Center and Dock among others

With less than five hours for Apple’s WWDC to kickoff, a set of screenshots for OS X 10.10 has surfaced online. These photos have been clicked by a Reddit user who claims that he clicked these photos at Apple’s Cupertino-based headquarters, iClarified reports.

The leaked photos show an iOS 7-like Notification Center with calendar view, weather and information on stocks. There is also a new Control Center on the left side of the screen, which seem to have shortcuts for system preferences, AirPlay, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth toggle buttons, buttons for Sleep, Restart and Shutdown and controls for music player and brightness. The new Dock now features a translucent background along with a new icon for Finder.

Apple is expected to unveil the latest version of OS X later tonight at WWDC. The event kicks off at 10:30PM IST and you can watch the live stream here.
