The latest to the lineup of LG’s L series phones is the LG Optimus L7, but now it seems like the Korean manufacturer is planning to launch a dual-SIM variant of the same if a report by Android OS India is to be believed.A leaked image of the device was spotted on a Russian website which states that the Optimus L7 Dual will mostly be launched in Russia in February for 12,990 rubles or $430.
The device will have a 1 GHz dual-core processor, 4.3-inch IPS display, 8 MP camera, dual-SIM capability, a 2,460 mAh battery and it will run in Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.
There is no official word from LG but that is expected in the coming weeks with a few more details about the device. If this report is true, then we can be rest assured that this device will hit Indian shores sooner than later, considering India is a hotbed for dual-SIM smartphones.
Ironically, all this information comes after the rumor about LG launching the F-series of smartphones, adding to the L-Series and the top of the line Optimus range of smartphones.
