Research In Motion, the makers of BlackBerry handhelds have just posted an update stating that there is no system-wide outage and the company is investigating reports that some users in EMEA are experiencing delays. The statement from RIM is the second update from the company in about an hour since it acknowledged reports of service delays in BlackBerry Messenger (BBM) and emails. The first statement was made on Twitter, while the second on Facebook. Here’s the latest statement from RIM:
Wanted to share with you our latest update. There is no system-wide outage, however we are investigating reports that some users in EMEA have experienced delays. We will update you as soon as possible.
