After weeks of rumors and conjectures, Samsung today finally launched the Galaxy Grand Neo at the Samsung Forum in Bali along with the Galaxy Note 3 Neo and the Galaxy Tab 3 Neo. As expected, the latest smartphone in the Grand range is priced at Rs 18,450.
To quickly go through the specifications, the Galaxy Grand Neo sports a 5-inch WVGA (800×480 pixels) display and is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor paired with 1GB of RAM. It also offers 8GB of internal storage that can be expanded using a microSD card.
Other features include a 5-megapixel rear camera, VGA front camera, a 2,100mAh battery and runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. Connectivity options include 3G support, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0
Samsung has also partnered with Vodafone in India for an introductory offer. As a part of this offer, Vodafone users will get free 1GB of data per month for a period of two months. This offer is only applicable if you buy the device before May 31.
