Samsung Galaxy Note 8 pre-booking starts in India: A look at all the offers

The all new Galaxy Note 8 is now in India with bunch of offers from Samsung.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 8 has now arrived in India. The flagship phablet is priced at Rs 67,900, and pre-bookings have kicked off today. It will start shipping from September 21, and buyers will be able to choose from two color options – Midnight Black and Maple Gold.

To make the deal sweeter for potential buyers, Samsung has a host of complimentary offers. Buyers can avail discount under the ‘Samsung Upgrade’ scheme. Under this offer, one can exchange either their old Samsung device, or a device from any other brand. The phablet can also be bought with EMI plans starting from Rs 2,829 per month. In addition, Samsung is also offering a one-time screen replacement, and a free Convertible Wireless Charger along with your purchase.

Samsung has a special offer for Reliance Jio users. Samsung Galaxy Note 8 features, specifications

The Galaxy Note 8 comes with a 6.3-inch Super AMOLED panel with QHD+ resolution, and an aspect ratio of 18.5:9. It is powered by the 64-bit Exynos 8895 octa-core SoC aided by a 6GB RAM. The 64GB onboard storage comes with expansion support for up to 2TB via micro SD card. The Galaxy Note 8 comes bundled with S Pen, and runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat out-of-the box. The Galaxy Note 8 is Samsung’s first dual rear camera enabled smartphone. The twin-lens setup uses a pair of 12-megapixel wide-angle lens with f/1.7 aperture and a 12-megapixel telephoto lens with f/2.4 aperture. Notably, both the lenses have Optical Image Stabilization. Up front, you will find an 8-megapixel camera with optical image stabilization for selfies and video calling. In terms of connectivity, the Galaxy Note 8 has support for 4G with VoLTE, dual SIM-card slots, Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi, GPS and USB Type-C.
