For the past few weeks there have been whispers that Samsung could launch the Samsung Galaxy S IV in March, in fact over the last week or so it has become March 14. Previous reports had come from SamMobile, which suggested the March launch but earlier yesterday industry insider Eldar Murtazin tweeted that Samsung will launch the Galaxy S IV on March 14. This was also ratified by The Verge who also confirmed with its sources that the Galaxy S IV will launch on March 14 at an event in New York.
Last time around, Samsung teased a lot but the Galaxy S III was not a massive leap over Galaxy S II in terms of pure features. But according to The Verge the Galaxy IV will be a bigger leap features-wise from the Galaxy S III. Like last year, the design of the next Galaxy smartphone is said has been kept a tightly guarded secret.
As far as specs are concerned the rumors suggest that Samsung could employ a 4.99-inch 1080p Super AMOLED display, an Exynos Octa processor (8-core), 2GB of RAM and a 13-megapixel camera. On the software side of things we can expect an Android 4.2 Jelly Bean smartphone with a layer of TouchWiz.
Save the date for a big announcement – March 14 And keep silence HTC will miss HTC One sales again Like it was in 2012.
