The pre-order details for the new Samsung Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ on Flipkart are finally available. The smartphones are speculated to debut on March 6, and on the same date, they will be available for pre-order on Flipkart. You will be able to pre-order the smartphones from 2:00 PM.

In addition to Flipkart, the Galaxy S9 duo is also available for pre-booking on Samsung e-store and for pre-registration on Airtel’s Online Store. So far only Flipkart has listed the Galaxy S9 duo, but it is not clear if the flagship smartphones will be restricted to the e-commerce portal. On Flipkart, the smartphones are listed with ‘Pre-booking opening soon’. We can expect details about launch day offers, exchange schemes and bank discounts to go live in a few days. However, if you don’t want to wait for the launch day offers and want to secure a unit for yourself, you can head to shop.samsung.com/in or even an offline Samsung Store. Here’s your guide to the pre-booking of the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+.

How to pre-book Galaxy S9

To begin with, if you are pre-booking the smartphone through the Samsung store, you will be charged Rs 2,000 as an advance payment. This pre-booking amount is applicable online as well as at the offline store. Once you do that, you will be provided with a pre-book coupon. Keep it safe until the launch day.

It is important to note that only one unit can be pre-booked against one mobile number. This is due to the fact that you will be required to use the same mobile number to activate your new Galaxy S9, Galaxy S9+, which you have used during the pre-booking.

Once you do the pre-booking with your mobile number, you will receive details about prices on the launch day through email and SMS. On the day of launch, you will be required to mention your pre-book coupon to adjust the Rs 2,000 against the final amount during checkout.

You can pre-register for the Galaxy S9 duo on the Airtel Online Store. It is to be noted that the platform is allowing pre-registration and not pre-booking, hence, no charges are levied here. All you need to do is visit www.airtel.in/onlinestore or install My Airtel App. Once you provide relevant details, you will receive purchase details on March 5.  The pre-registration will be open until March 4, 2018.
