Sony likely to launch the C5303 HuaShan as the Xperia SP, and the Xperia L at the MWC: Report
In a report by TechKiddy, Sony is set to launch the C5303 Huashan as the Sony Xperia SP along with a low-end device called the Xperia L at the upcoming Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona. It further indicates that the Xperia SP is expected to be launched in three variants — the C5302, C5303 and C5306, while the Xperia L will be available as C2104 and C2105. The variants are likely to offer minor differences based on region.
We recently revealed the images of the C5303 HuaShan with bare minimum specifications, but according to the report the Xperia SP is expected to have a 4-inch (1280 x 720) display, dual-core 1.7GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Plus processor, Adreno 320 graphics, 5-megapixel rear camera, LTE connectivity and running on Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean.
On the other hand, the Xperia L is said to include a dual-core 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Plus processor, 1GB of RAM and run on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. It is expected to have either a 3.5 or 4.0-inch display with a resolution of 480 x 854.
