Sony Mobile Communications appoints Kunimasa Suzuki as President and CEO

Sony Mobile Communications has announced that Kunimasa Suzuki will be the company’s President and CEO and the current CEO and President Bert Nordberg will step down on May 16 and join the board of Sony Mobile as chairman.

This change is part of the earlier Sony Corporation announcement which stated Mr. Suzuki will be in-charge of planning and design for all of Sony’s consumer products and services.

In addition to being the President and CEO of Sony Mobile Communications, Kunimasa Suzuki also holds the role of Corporate Executive Officer, Executive Vice President of Sony Corporation. Kunimasa Suzuki will be based in Lund, Sweden and Tokyo, Japan.

Besides this, Yoshihisa Ishida will continue to serve as Deputy CEO of Sony Mobile Communications and Kristian Tear will continue to serve as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Sony Mobile Communications.

    Dear sir ,
    I had purchased sony mobile model spiro w100 i on 10th August – 2011. from Bhawani Electronics Jabalpur (Madhya Pradesh) India. since its purchased it could hardly works properly for very few days. it is repaired by company service center for more than four times .it was also sent to Chennai four times but the complaint still exists as it is. It has mainly two complaints
    1.often it automatically switched off and take long time to restart.
    2. while creating massages it shows “Out of memory” hence no massage can be created.

    Mr Rohit Jain has assured me ” there will be No complaints in future this time we will not leave any room and taking complaints very seriously”
    But it is regretted to inform you the same complaints again occurred within 20 Days of its repair.
    Sir I request you to please replace my mobile with new one or with any advance model . I am ready to pay difference amount if any due .
    Sir sorry to say If my complaints is not disposed of satisfactorily I will be constrained to go to court of Law.
    I hope the responsible officer and team of SONY ERICSSON will not spoil the name and good will of their brand .

    This is Parmar writing to you. I own an Xperia Z (Mobile).which was purchased on 25th march 2013

    I sincerely regret to inform you that since few days the phone is not charging since few days. On showing the phone to my local customer care center of Sony at Vapi wide Job NO. W113070301053 IMEI No.355666051142890. The people claim that phone damage is due to water log in. However, with great assurance I would like to bring under your notice that phone had not been exposed to water in those or any recent days in my custody of phone and I strongly believe it has issue in its charging port only.

    They show some red indicator. I hope the best of Sony cannot be damaged by moisture in normal humidity since all the reason left is the same.

    I have been complaining your authorities since the day and have no results yet. I have some important data in it as well and need that phone to be repaired at the earliest.

    Kindly look into the matter soon as possible and take the desired actions.
