Another alleged press render of LG’s upcoming G3 smartphone has surfaced ahead of the phone’s global launch on May 27. Posted by @evleaks, the photo features the G3 with a back cover, which could mean that the company is likely to launch the phone with customized back covers. The photo shows off the front as well as the back of the phone, confirming that the phone will be based on LG’s rear-key design language, and will feature a new flatter UI that seems to be the flavor of this season.
The photo also details that the back panel of LG’s G3 will come with a dual-LED light set up along with what could possibly be an IR blaster placed besides the camera. The front of the phone in the photo also shows off a thin bezel design of the display and LG’s software update interface.
The LG G3 will come with a 5.5-inch QHD display, Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 801 chispet with 3GB of RAM, 13-megapixel primary camera and Android 4.4.2 KitKat. The phone will be resistant to water and dust related damages as well.
The LG G3 will be unveiled on May 27 globally.
