Xiaomi recently two new products in China, the Redmi 6 Pro smartphone and the Mi Pad 4 tablet. Now, Xiaomi is all set to launch yet another smartphone, which is expected to be a special edition of the Mi 6X. Called Xiaomi Mi 6X Hatsune Miku Special Edition, it is expected to launch on June 28.
Reliable leaker @bang_gogo_ has tweeted the smartphone renders showing off the design, both from the front and back. He also mentioned that the smartphone will be priced at RMB 2,099, which roughly translates to Rs 21,800. As we can see from the renders, the graphics and the color scheme of the smartphone looks similar to the last year’s Redmi Note 4X Hatsune Miku Special Edition. However, there is one small change this time around – the front retains the white finish, whereas the Hatsune Miku icon is at the back.
For those unaware, Hatsune Miku is the name of a Vocaloid (a singing voice synthesizer software) featuring a 16-year-old girl with a long twin tail. Besides, the new paint job and the graphics, there’s no change in the Mi 6X and the Hatsune Miku Special Edition variants.
