Xiaomi is all geared up to launch the Mi Pad 4 tablet and Redmi 6 Pro smartphone on June 25 in China. And ahead of the lunch, the company has teased a number of aspects of the both the devices leaving nothing to the imagination. Xiaomi already confirmed that the Mi Pad 4 will feature an 8-inch display. And now it has further confirmed that the tablet screen will sport 16:10 aspect ratio, which is an improvement over the 4:3 aspect ratio on the Mi Pad 3.
From the leaked promotional photos, we have seen how to the Mi Pad 4 will look like, and it comes with a taller display, compared to a broader one on the Mi Pad 3. One advantage here will be that users will be able to enjoy watching movies, playing games and web browsing too.

Under the hood, the tablet will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 octa-core SoC, and will feature a dedicated gaming mode. The chipset will be coupled with 4GB of RAM with 64GB storage, and an LTE variant with 6GB of RAM and 128GB storage is also expected.
Xiaomi has also confirmed that the Mi Pad 4 will come with AI-based facial recognition feature. In terms of the pricing, the base model is expected to be priced at RMB 1,499, which is roughly Rs 14,100, whereas the LTE model could set you back by RMB 1,999, which is approximately Rs 20,100. The tablet will run Android 8.1 Oreo out of the Box, with MIUI 10 interface on top.
