Expanding the Mi TV 4C line of television, Xiaomi has launched a new 50-inch model with a 4K HDR resolution. The new model has right now been launched only in China, and there is no news yet about if and when it will be brought to the Indian market. The new Mi TV 4C model has been launched at CNY 2,199 in China, which translated to about Rs 22,700.
The Xiaomi Mi TV 4C already comes in a 43-inch and 55-inch variants. Both of which come with 1GB and 2GB of RAM options, and an internal storage of 8GB.

The new Mi TV 4C model features a 50-inch display, which has a 4K panel with a resolution of 3840×2160 pixel. The TV screen offers a 178-degree viewing angle, and 9.5ms dynamic response rate.
The television comes with two 8W speakers that support Dolby Audio/ DTS-HD audio dual decoding and comes with a Mi Remote Control that enables gesture and voice controls.
Powering the television is a 1.5GHz quad-core Amlogic Cortex-A53 SoC, coupled with 750MHz Mali-450 GPU and 2GB of RAM. Similar to the existing models, this too comes with 8GB of onboard storage. The Mi TV 4C also runs an Android-based PatchWall interface, that offers AI-based curated content delivery, and features such as speech recognition and unified search.
For connectivity, the Mi TV 4C 50-inch model includes dual-band (2.4GHz/ 5GHz) Wi-Fi 802.11ac and Bluetooth v4.2 LE alongside three HDMI ports, two USB ports, AV output, and an Ethernet port. The Mi TV 4C supports HDR 10, H.264, H.265, Real, MPEG1/2/4, WMV3, and VC-1.
