Xiaomi is widely rumored to launch a new smartphone dubbed Pocophone F1. A date for the launch has not been revealed yet, but the device has supposedly appeared on AnTuTu benchmarks. According to a leaked screenshot shared by a Reddit user, the Pocophone F1 scored 285,302 points in the performance tests.
Although the score is not officially listed on the AnTuTu website, the screenshot makes it clear that it is indeed a benchmark listing. In addition to the score of more than 285,000, the Pocophone F1 performed better than many of the flagship phones that have gone through the benchmark in recent times. From the AnTuTu ranking of the top 10 smartphones with the best performance in July, only the Xiaomi Black Shark Gaming and Oppo Find X had a higher score, as can be seen in the reference table. Xiaomi’s upcoming device is in fact rated better than the Vivo NEX, and the OnePlus 6.
Based on the leaks we have come across so far, the Pocophone F1 is said to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset. The chipset is seen on a number of flagship devices throughout this year, which would explain the high benchmark scores.
