Xiaomi is known for its flash sales where stocks finish within minutes. The company aimed to solve this problem by beginning a pre-order service on Mi.com starting March 30. Today, Xiaomi has three smartphones up for pre-orders on Mi.com. The Redmi Note 4, Redmi 4, and Redmi 4A will be available for pre-orders on Mi.com at 12PM. Pre-ordering will do away with the hassle of flash sales where stocks finish within minutes.
To pre-order any of the aforementioned Redmi smartphones, one needs to create an account on Mi.com. Once the pre-order starts, click on the smartphone you wish to purchase and complete your payment. Xiaomi says that the smartphones should ship within 15 days, but it could vary depending on your location. The payment system for pre-order the Redmi smartphones is online only via debit card, credit card, and net banking. Cash-on-delivery (COD) is not applicable for the pre-order system.
You can add more than one product for pre-order, and the number of units would depend on the particular product. You can cancel your pre-order as well, but only before the product is shipped. Once the order is cancelled, it will take a week to 10 days for the refund to be process. ALSO READ: Xiaomi’s Reward Mi program gives users a chance to earn Mi Tokens
