Xiaomi’s popular Redmi Note 5 Pro is all set to go on sale today in India in less than an hour. The smartphone will be available for buyers via Flipkart and mi.com. If the previous sales are anything to go by, we can expect the stocks to run out again in a matter of seconds.
The Redmi Note 5 and Redmi Note 5 Pro have been very popular among buyers in India. This, despite how difficult it has been for buyers to get their hands on an unit during the weekly sales. Just yesterday, Xiaomi revealed that it had managed to sell five million units of the Redmi Note 5 smartphones since their launch. In comparison, last year’s Redmi Note 4 took six months to reach the five million mark.

Today, buyers will be able to choose between two variants of the Redmi Note 5 Pro. The base model with 64GB storage and 4GB RAM is priced at Rs 14,999. The top model with 128GB storage and 6GB RAM is priced at Rs 16,999.
