Xiaomi is having yet another sale this week for the Mi TV 4-series of smart TVs and the new Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro. The sale will go live at 12PM on mi.com and Flipkart. If we have to consider previous sales, we can expect the stocks to run out again in just a few seconds.
The Redmi Note 5 Pro comes in two variants. The base model which comes with 4GB of RAM is priced at Rs 14,999, while the premium model with 6GB of RAM is priced at Rs 16,999. Additionally, the Redmi Note 5 Pro is also available with no cost EMI through State Bank of India. There are also standard EMI options available up to 36 months.
Coming to the Xiaomi Mi TV 4 series. There are three models in the series, which include Mi TV 4 55-inch, Mi TV 4A 43-inch, and Mi TV 4A 32-inch. These will be available through mi.com and Flipkart, at a price of Rs. 44,999, Rs 22,999, and Rs 13,999, respectively.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro features and specifications
Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro sports a 5.99-inch Full HD+ display with a resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels and taller 18:9 aspect ratio. The display features thin bezels and is wrapped around an aluminum unibody casing, which is available in four colors, black, gold, rose gold and lake blue. The smartphone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 chipset coupled with 4GB or 6GB of RAM and 64GB storage.
It has a dual camera setup at the back, which comprises of 12-megapixel and 5-megapixel image sensors. At the front, there is a 20-megapixel selfie shooter, which comes with a dedicated LED flash. It also supports face unlock. There is a fingerprint sensor provided as well for added security. The Redmi Note 5 Pro launched with MIUI 9 based on Android Nougat, but it is said to get the MIUI 9.5 update based on Android Oreo. However, the new update will come in an OTA fashion, which means you’ll have to wait for a few days to receive it. The phone is fueled by a 4,000mAh battery
Xiaomi Mi TV 4 and Mi TV 4A specifications and features
The Mi TV 4 is the higher-end variant and comes with a 55-inch Ultra HD 4K resolution display. The smart LED TV features a sleek design with a 4.9 mm ultra-thin profile. The screen features a 60Hz standard refresh rate and supports HDR as well. It is powered by a quad-core Amlogic 64 bit processor, Mali-T830 MP2 Graphics, 2GB RAM, and 8GB storage. The TV also comes with three HDMI ports, two USB ports, and 8W stereo speakers.

The Mi TV 4A is available in two sizes – 43-inch and 32-inch. The bigger variant offers full HD resolution, while the 32-inch model offers only HD ready resolution. Both models are also powered by an Amlogic 64-bit quad-core processor, Mali-450 MP3, 1GB RAM, and 8GB storage. They also feature 60Hz standard refresh rate, and carry three HDMI ports, two USB ports, and 20W speakers. All three TV run on PatchWall OS.
