Xiaomi is all set to conduct the second sale of its recently launched Redmi Y1 and Redmi Y1 Lite. The sale will commence at 12PM today via Amazon India and mi.com. In terms of pricing, the Redmi Y1 is available in two variants – 32GB storage with 3GB of RAM priced at Rs 8,999, and 64GB storage with 4GB of RAM priced at Rs 10,999. The Redmi Y1 Lite, on the other hand, is priced at Rs 6,999. Both the smartphones are available in two color options – Gold and Grey.
On Mi.com, Idea Cellular prepaid users can get additional data of up to 280GB for free. Apart from that, customers can also avail a free 12-month subscription of Hungama Music on purchasing the phone today.

Xiaomi India head Manu Jain recently revealed that Xiaomi is the top smartphone brand in India as per IDC report. The company has announced that they have shipped a total of 9.2 million smartphones in the quarter making Xiaomi market share of 23.5 percent in India. The company is sharing the top spot with Samsung in India.
Xiaomi Redmi Y1, Redmi Y1 Lite specifications
Xiaomi Redmi Y1 features a 5.5-inch HD display, Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 435 SoC, 13-megapixel camera with flash, and a 16-megapixel selfie camera. The Xiaomi Redmi Y1 Lite also sports a 5.5-inch HD display, however, it is powered by a Snapdragon 425 quad-core SoC.
