Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi is planning to launch its upcoming smartphone, the Xiaomi Redmi 6 Pro in a launch event on June 25, 2018. The company is likely to launch the device along with its Mi Pad 4 in the Chinese market. The company took to its official Weibo account to post a teaser for the device to hint at the launch event. The teaser image shows what seems to be a lineup of a team along with stadium in the background and t-shirts or jersey with numbers.
The text on the top of the teaser image states “Redmi 6 Pro” while the line below informs us about the launch date of the device. Looking closely at the image, the numbers on the jerseys seem to hint at key features of the device. According to the numbers, it looks like the Redmi 6 Pro will come with the Artificial Intelligence (AI) variant of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 SoC along with a 4,000 mAh battery. The image also shows a 19:9 banner which may indicate at the screen ratio of the upcoming device.

Xiaomi Redmi 6 Pro is not the only device that will launch on June 25 and Xiaomi also posted a teaser for its much-rumored Mi Pad 4. The poster image showcased a Xiaomi bunny walking from the locker room on to the field. One of the walls on the right of the image sports a camera module making us sure that Xiaomi has used the upcoming Mi Pad 4 as the walls on both the sides.
The text on the top translates to the name of the tablet, the line below that informs us about the launch date while the line towards the bottom of the poster tells us about possible specifications. According to the teaser, the Mi Pad 4 will come with an 8-inch FHD screen with what appears to be “one-hand” mode allowing users to use the tablet with one hand.
It looks like the reason for the football-centric theme of both the teasers is because of the ongoing FIFA World Cup 2018. It is likely that the company may also launch the much-rumored Xiaomi Mi Max 3 at the event. However, the company has not shared any information or possible teaser about the launch of Mi Max 3.
