Alongside smartphones, Xiaomi is known to sell a wide range products in China that belong to different categories. One of them is the Yeelight LED Ceiling Lamp Pro, which comes with motion sensors that can enable it to turn itself on and off automatically. Now, Xiaomi is adding to that lineup by introducing Yeelight Meteorite Induction Ceiling Lamp Mini. The light is a smaller version of the Ceiling Lamp Pro, and like most of the other Xiaomi products is available through the company’s crowdfunding platform Youpin for RMB 99 (approximately Rs 1,000).
According to Gizmochina, the Yeelight Meteorite Induction Ceiling Lamp Mini is designed for passageways and lobbies. It features a circular design, which has a diameter of 25 centimeters, and features white light withing it. The company claims that the ceiling lamp does not attract any mosquitos, further making it ideal for balconies as well.
Like the other Yeelight lamps, it also comes with motion sensors that can automatically turn the light on, when someone walks in the room. The sensor also enables it to go off, if there is no movement detected for 60 seconds. It does this with the help of its photosensitive sensor and a human infrared sensor.

Recently, the company also launched the Yeelight LED Ceiling Lamp Pro priced at RMB 799 (approximately Rs 8,300). It carries a brightness of 6,000 Lumen, and is meant for rooms that have a 25-35 square meter area. Being a smart lamp, it can connect to other smart devices using Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. It also comes with a Yeelight app that offers plenty of features and makes it easy to configure the smart light.
