XOLO has launched its new ‘high performance’ smartphone called the Era 1X Pro. Priced at Rs 5,888, the smartphone will go on sale exclusively via Snapdeal on July 19. Pre-registrations for the smartphone began last week, and interested buyers can head to the e-commerce platform and sign up for the sale. The Era 1X Pro is the successor to the Era 1X, which was launched for Rs 4,999.
The XOLO Era 1X Pro’s highlight includes an HD display with a luminosity of 400 nits. It also has an 8-megapixel camera on the back with a high precision 4P Largan lens and dual-LED flash. The company also touts the primary camera on Era 1X Pro as the SMART Camera, which comes with Pro Mode. This mode lets users make DSLR-like settings while clicking photos. The camera also comes with Slow Motion, Live Photos, Time-Lapse and Beauty Mode. It also has a 5-megapixel selfie snapper on the front. The Era 1X Pro also comes with a new Audio Note feature, which records voice messages while clicking pictures and can be later accessed from the gallery.
Price a shade below Rs 6,000, the XOLO Era 1X Pro will compete with the likes of the Xiaomi Redmi 4, Xiaomi Redmi 4A, Moto C, Moto C Plus and Nokia 3 smartphones. XOLO Era 1X Pro specifications, features
The Era 1X Pro comes with a 5-inch HD (720p) display and is powered by a 1.5GHz quad-core processor. It has 2GB of RAM paired with 16GB of internal storage. The internal storage, as the company claims, can store up to 4,000 images, 350 videos and 2,000 audio files. However, if you look forward to expanding storage then you can increase it up to 32GB via microSD card.
The smartphone houses a 2,500mAh Li-Polymer battery and offers connectivity support for 4G LTE, VoLTE and Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS. It will be available in black and gold color options.
