A couple of new Xolo smartphones called the Q600s and the Q1200 are now available on Snapdeal. These new devices, which are yet to be officially launched, are available on the e-commerce site for Rs 7,499 and Rs 14,999 respectively. It was first spotted by FoneArena.
Starting with the Xolo Q600s, it is essentially the successor to the Q600 launched in July last year. The new device sports a 4.5-inch (960×540 pixels) qHD display and is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor paired with 1GB of RAM.
The smartphone also features a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, VGA front-facing camera, 4GB internal storage that can be expanded using a microSD card, and a 2,000mAh battery. Connectivity options include dual-SIM card slots, 3G support Bluetooth and GPS. But the talking point on this phone is the fact that it runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat.
The more expensive Q1200, on the other hand, flaunts a 5-inch 720p IPS display with Gorilla Glass 3 protection and is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor paired with 1GB of RAM. The device also features an 8-megapixel camera with dual-LED flash, 2-megapixel front-facing camera, 8GB internal storage that can be expanded using a microSD card, and a 2,000mAh battery.
Connectivity options include dual-SIM card slots, 3G support, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, and USB OTG. On the software front, it runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, but Xolo will be upgrading it to Android 4.4 KitKat.
There is currently no word on when Xolo plans on launching these devices. But the fact that they are listed on the e-commerce site, means it isn’t far off.
