After launching the Q510s earlier this week, Xolo has launched yet another affordable Android KitKat smartphone called the Q610s. The smartphone is priced at Rs 7,099 and is listed on the company’s official website.

As far as specifications are concerned, the Xolo Q610s sports a 4.5-inch FWVGA (480×854 pixels) display and is powered by a 1.3GHz MediaTek MTK6582M quad-core processor paired with Mali 400 MP2 GPU and 1GB of RAM. Also included is 8GB internal storage that can be further expanded up to 32GB using a microSD card.

The smartphone also features a 5-megapixel rear camera, VGA front-facing camera, and a 1,700mAh battery that the company claims is good enough for eight hours of talktime and up to 377 hours on standby mode.

Connectivity options include dual-SIM card slots, 3G support, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, and on the software front, the smartphone runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat. In terms of design, the smartphone has a faux leather back panel which looks quite similar to what we have seen on Samsung’s Galaxy smartphones.

At this price point, the Xolo Q610S will be up against other Android KitKat smartphones like the Motorola Moto E and the Micromax Canvas Unite 2 and the Lava Iris X1 among others.
