EA’s famed 2008’s racing game Burnout Paradise Remastered is being released on March 16 for Xbox One and PlayStation 4. But that does not mean you can’t play it now.
Players on the Xbox One with a EA Access subscriber can play the game right now. Burnout Paradise Remastered is now offering a “Play First” trial experience where the game can be played for 10 hours.
The trial version of the game is just 7.66 gigabytes which makes is pretty petite compared to today’s standards. And in case you decide to buy the game after playing it for 10 hours and not want those 10 hours of gameplay to not go to waste, then fear not. The progress is carried forward.
Also, there is no set restriction to how much of the game players can access during the trial and can reach as far as they want in those 10 hours.
Apart from that, EA Access are entitled to a 10 percent discount on all EA digital content which brings the price of the game down from $40(Rs 2,600 approx) to $36 (Rs 2,340).
The remastered version of Burnout Paradise has been optimized, updated and enhanced for the current crop of consoles in the market. The game which was released 10 years ago is set to have 4K at 60 frames per second on both Xbox One and PS4. It will contain all DLCs including the eight expansion packs.
This means that players will instantly have access to open-world Big Surf Island expansion as well as the Legendary Cars pack. Quick reminder, the Legendary Cars pack adds vehicles from movies such as Ghostbusters and Back to the Future. The goal remains the same, where players have to speed around Paradise City doing stunts and destroying things.
