Zen Mobile will launch six more smartphones under its recently launched new series of affordable smartphones named Ultrafone by the end of this year. These phones will range between Rs 5,000 and Rs 20,000.
Ravi Bashaym, director, Zen Mobiles told BGR India that the company is working on expanding the Ultrafone series which presently features the recently announced 701HD, the 303 and the 501 models, and will soon be introducing some new Android phones to cater to different genre of consumers.
Apart from this, the company is also working on new tablets and will add at least three new tablets to their product portfolio this year. These will be Android based tablets priced in the bracket of Rs 5,000 to Rs 10,000. The company already has three tablets with 7-inch, 9-inch and 10-inch displays, and the new tablets will also feature 7-inch and 10-inch displays and will have SIM card slots.
A couple of days back, Zen mobiles launched Ultrafone 701HD smartphone with a 5-inch IPS HD display, Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and quad-core processor with 1GB RAM for Rs 11,999.
