ZTE plans to launch two new smartphones at the Mobile World Congress next month according to the press invites the company has begun sending to the media, reports AndroidOS.in. These smartphones are the Grand Memo and the Grand Mozilla, a Firefox OS powered smartphone.
As showcased during an event in Hong Kong earlier today, the Grand Memo will run Android 4.1.2 and feature a 5.7-inch 720p display, 1.7GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro processor, 13-megapixel rear camera. The Grand Memo will join the ZTE Grand S which was launched at CES, as the Chinese manufacturer looks to move into high and mid-range segment.
The Grand Mozilla would be worth checking out, as it could very well be the first Firefox OS smartphone that would be commercially available. Earlier in the month, Mozilla had announced two developer phones running on Firefox OS with Telefonica.
