OnePlus 5 is now official with CEO Carl Pei unveiling the flagship smartphone during a keynote event last night. OnePlus 5 went on sale in Europe shortly after the event, and was quickly sold out. The company claims the OnePlus 5 smartphone is its fastest selling smartphone. We are just a day away from the official launch of OnePlus 5 in India, and all that remains to be revealed is its price tag. While you wait to get your hands on the OnePlus 5, here’s a look at the smartphone from all possible angles.
It was well known before hand, the OnePlus 5 will pack powerful specifications and while some of them got confirmed, the company also revealed other details such as camera and design specifications. OnePlus 5 has an all-metal unibody design and sports 5.5-inch Full HD (1080p) AMOLED display with 2.5D curved glass. The smartphone is powered by a Snapdragon 835 SoC and comes in two variants — 6GB RAM/64GB storage and 8GB RAM/128GB storage. It also boasts a dual-camera setup which includes a 16-megapixel wide-angle lens paired with a 20-megapixel telephoto lens. On the front, it has a 16-megapixel selfie snapper. The smartphone houses a 3,300mAh battery with Dash Charge support. On the software front, it runs on Android Nougat 7.1 based Oxygen OS 4.0.
