Lately there’s been a lot of buzz in the smart TV space in India, and looks like that buzz is just going to get stronger. In what will sound like music to buyers’ ears, TCL – the world’s third largest TV brand – is set to launch a new smart TV brand in India. And it’s not just any other smart TV brand either, TCL is calling it its ‘Crown Jewel’.

Called ‘iFFALCON’, this new brand is a part of global smart TV operator FFALCON, and a sub-brand of TCL Multimedia. TCL is quite bullish about the smart TV brand taking the Indian market by storm. It is little doubt then the iFFALCON is being touted as “Incredibly Greater > Than the Rest.”

TV watchers around India will surely be in for a treat, as TCL will be launching what it describes as India’s first 4K UHD Smart TV with Vivid View3 technology. This technology is being said to be capable of changing “the landscape of TV viewing experience in India.”

Apart from impressive hardware, TCL is also promising that its new smart TV brand is highly customized for the Indian market. The company has already partnered content providers such as YouTube, Netflix, and Eros Now to provide TV watchers with a rich content library.

Gone are the days when you had to go to stores to check out for a TV you planned to buy. To make our lives easier, TCL has tied up with Flipkart to exclusively sell the iFFALCON smart TV. With its sheer reach, the new smart TV should be easily available for buyers – and that too from the comforts of your couch.

With every new brand launch there is no doubt a bit of apprehension when it comes to after-sales service. But with iFFALCON that is not going to be a major concern. Not only are the products equipped with the latest technology, but they also boast a strong background support. FFALCON has experience in serving customers in 135 countries on six continents, and has more than 25.53 million users globally, of which 44 percent are daily active users.

With so much expected to be on offer, it is no doubt an exciting time for TV buyers in India. Popular brands like Xiaomi and Vu will have to brace for a strong competitor in iFFALCON. We can’t wait for April 26 to see what all the new smart TV brand has in store for us.
