<p>Starting with the Timeline Ultra M3, Acer has made the notebook just 20mm thin and added an Nvidia GeForce GT640m GPU alongside the Intel second generation Sandy Bridge stack of chips. The notebook has a 15-inch display and also flaunts a optical drive for a DVD. Acer claims, that the M3 will deliver 8 hours of battery life. The M3 starts at Rs 51,999. Acer is categorizing this product as an UltraBook.</p>
<p>The V5 series is also powered by the second generation Intel Sandy Bridge processor and features Nvidia GeForce graphics. Acer claims that it has made this model 30 percent slimmer and 10 percent lighter. The V5 comes for Rs 27,999.</p>
<p>The V3 series is billed as gaming laptop and also features the Intel Sandy Bridge CPU along with a dedicated Nvidia GPU which offers up to 2GB of memory. The V3 series of laptops will start at Rs 37,999 and will be available in a variety of screen sizes.</p>
<p>The E-series is Acer&#8217;s low end model this model starts at Rs 24,749.</p>
<p>Acer has also announced a new S series which will utilize the latest generation Intel Ivy Bridge Silicon and will have a 13.3-inch display, but Acer has not announced the price for this model.</p>
