Aircel is reportedly gearing up to launch its 4G LTE services in the first half of 2014 in India, competing against Reliance Jio to become the second player after Airtel to offer 4G LTE services in the country. Airtel today announced it has launched its 4G LTE services in Bengaluru, which becomes the second city in the country after Kolkata to get a 4G network. Apart from the plans already announced in Kolkata, Airtel today announced a new plan that will offer users 30GB of data for Rs 2,999 a month. Users of both Rs 1,999 plan (18GB) and Rs 2,999 will get a cash back offer when they purchase either the multi-mode LTE modem (Rs 7,999) or the indoor CPE with Wi-Fi module (Rs 7,750). (more…)Google+
