BSNL and Pantel have launched a new Android tablet in the Indian market called the Penta T-Pad IS7O1C for Rs 4,999. The device will have a 7-inch display with a resolution of 800×480 pixels, a 1GHz ARM Cortex A8 processor, 6 hours of battery backup, 512MB of RAM, 4GB of internal storage, 0.3 megapixel camera, microSD card slot and a USB 2.0 and microUSB port. Its subscribers can now download various apps by visiting BSNL Live first and then launching the BSNL Apps Store from their handsets.
