We just got our hands on one of Motorola’s latest tablets, the Motorola DROID XYBOARD 8.2. Besides the name, there seems to be a lot to like at first glance. For starters, Motorola has picked a near-perfect size for this tablet. At 8.2-inches, the XYBOARD seems like a perfect and portable tablet. A new series of emails were made public on Monday as a result of Skyhook Wireless’ lawsuit claiming Google interfered with a contract the LBS company had in place with cell phone maker Motorola Mobility. HTC on Friday reported first-quarter 2011 earnings highlighted by profit that handily beat analysts’ estimates. Tremendous demand for the company’s popular Android smartphones such as the EVO 4G and ThunderBolt helped HTC record a first-quarter profit of NT$14.83 billion ($511 million) compared to analyst expectations of NT$12.99 billion.
