HP is reportedly working on a Windows 8 business tablet that will be called the HP Slate 8. This information was leaked in a slide during an internal company presentation. According to Slashgear, this device is believed to bring enterprise functionality to the masses with a 10.1-inch display, enterprise level docking and Windows 8 Professional OS complete with touch controls.

The device is expected to feature a few plastic panels to boost up the signal reception. It will also have security features including HP ProtectTools, TPM embedded security. The HP Slate 8 will be 9.2mm thin, should weigh around half a kilo (around 0.68 Kg) and will offer you a battery life of 8-10 hours.
