Many have been waiting for Apple’s foray into HDTV space, especially after reading Steve Jobs’ autobiography where he told Walter Isaacson that he had cracked the TV UI. All of us have been waiting for it but so far we are yet to see it, however in a recent interview with China Daily Today, Terry Gou, Chairman of Foxconn, Apple’s number one manufacturer has perhaps blown the whistle on the impeding launch of the Apple iTV. Apple will further extend its lead in the technology sector this year as it launches a number of new products that will leave its competition scrambling, a new report suggested on Tuesday. Ticonderoga Securities analyst Brian White made Apple his top pick in 2011 and the stock was his top performer, having grown 26% during his coverage.
