Only a couple of days ago Microsoft announced that it will be releasing the Windows Phone 7.8 update for the current crop of Windows Phone 7.5 devices in Q1 of 2013, but the fact remains that Microsoft has not revealed much about the OS apart from the new Start Screen. While that remains the same, YouTube user PhoneCatTV has posted a video of a Nokia Lumia 900 running a preview version of Windows Phone 7.8. (more…)Google+

Nokia has finally launched the Lumia 900 in India for a best buy of Rs 29,999 Rs 32,999 and an MRP of Rs 31,900. Nokia India has confirmed the launch to BGR India .UPDATE : Nokia India had earlier provided us with a best buy of Rs 29,999. However they have now clarified that the best buy price is Rs 32,999. It is quite clear that Nokia will be the first Windows Phone OEM release a phone running Windows Phone 8. Heck, Microsoft even admitted that the current Windows Phone 8 prototype testing hardware was made by Nokia. And guess what, Chinese Windows Phone centric blog WPDang has managed to get photos of a mysterious Nokia prototype that is either running Windows Phone 7.8 or Windows Phone 8. (more…)Google+
