Evernote raises $50 mn, aspires to become a 100-year old company

Evernote, the free online service which allows you to store your memories digitally and more importantly lets you take online notes, has recently announced that it has raised a funding of $50 million from Sequoia Capital and Morgenthaler Ventures. The last round of funding that raised $20 million and was conducted in October 2010. The company has mentioned on its official blog that their main goal is to make Evernote a 100-year old company.
