Nokia looks all set to launch the much-awaited EOS with the PureView camera at an event on July 11, and already we are hearing of a new device allegedly under development. An unnamed Lumia has been spotted on GFXBench by the folks at AndroWin, which could be the Windows Phone device to be powered by a quad-core CPU. (more…)Google+

A day after Qualcomm revealed LG was manufacturing a smartphone with its Snapdragon S4 Pro chipset, the Korean handset vendor has launched a teaser site for the device. LG also released the first video for the device, which talks about the Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro chipset and it seems there are five more videos to come. If LG reveals a new video everyday, it could be on track to unveil the smartphone at IFA next week. (more…)Google+

Another day leading up to MWC and we have yet another announcement from LG. Today it is its flagship smartphone for 2012 –the Optimus 4X HD – featuring NVIDIA’s Tegra 3 quad-core processor stack. If rumors are to be believed, HTC Edge could be the world’s first smartphone to feature a quad-core processor. According to Pocketnow, this HTC beast will be based on NVIDIA’s Tegra 3 processor, the same Kal-El processor which the company showed off in a ‘Glowball’ demo video a few months ago. The device will supposedly feature a gigantic 4.7-inch 720p HD display, 1GB of RAM, an 8MP rear camera with f/2.2 lens, internal memory could be bumped to 32GB and should be over 10 mm thick. Tho...
