YouTube is down for some users [update: fixed]

YouTube is inaccessible for some users, who are getting an error message when they are trying to go to its webpage. While it is working alright from us, we have received tips about the error from users in India too. It seems to have been the case for almost an hour now.
And while we were filing the story YouTube sent out another Tweet saying the problem has been fixed. We’d be interested to know what happened.
