Delta ID Inc., has announced its ActiveIRIS software for performance testing of integrated mobile devices used for Aadhaar authentication. The performance testing was held by STQC in collaboration with C-DAC and Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), under the Ministry of Electronics and IT of the Government of India, during May 2016 in New Delhi. Delta ID's ActiveIRIS software integrated in the Samsung Galaxy Tab Iris was also the first to be awarded provisional certification by STQC prior to the Performance Testing.

Thus we can safely assume that brands doing Augmented Reality based advertisement will see 5x- 10x jump in their revenues and profits."

The new option will also allow users to curb comments on post by post basis which ensures that their picture account remains free from abuses.
IDC reports that the worldwide smartwatch market took a sharp downward turn for the first time. The smartwatch market suffered a loss of 32% as the smartwatch vendors shipped 3.5 million unit in the second quarter of 2016 (2Q16) which was very low as compared to the 5.1 million units shipped a year ago. IDC reports that Apple topped the market list with 1.6 million smartwatch shipped and an estimated 47 percent market share. However, it was the only company which suffered an annual decline in shipments.
BlackBerry is seeking to bolster its security credentials with a string of small deals, but analysts said the jury was still out on the success of its turnaround and push into software. BlackBerry abdicated the top spot in handsets to Apple and Android-based devices, said it had signed a five-year, multimillion-dollar deal to run emergency notifications for the US Senate and expanded a deal with the US Coast Guard to cover staff in Washington, D.C.
