Company is not good at its service and products both
I bought my phone in April 2018
Its screen went off in 20th June 2018, I got it repaired on 21st August and later when I received my phone I recognized that front facing camera is not responding for auto focus and for this problem it took 27th September 2018 to get it resolved.
Till that my phone was in service center for 3 months
Then phones mic was not working in November 2018 it took more then 2 weeks for the work
Then in 20th February 2019, I complained for over heating of my phone, at service center they told me that the fingerprint sensor is short circuit and this was resolved on 28th May 2018 it took more then 3 months for the problem to be resolved.
Later I asked for warranty extension they gave me 30 days extended warranty, seriously my phone is in service center for more than 6 months and they are giving me extension for 30 days and where are the rest of 5 months?
There is too much delay in services and service is not even proper and even they don\'t care about what customers are facing
They make calls to customer just for information
Even there customer support executive says that I cannot raise any complaints regarding the issue of your phone you have to mail it by yourself.
