I being customer would like to warn/cautioned valuer customer NOT TO BUY THIS PRODUCT ,in respect as under:
I have purchased obi sf1 smartphone model sf1,32gb. from Gadget.com, vide purchased invoice no. 32/15-16/1193, on 23/12/2015. damaged product was delivered to me and the complaint was raised immediately with customer care of Gadget.com(floor Manager ms. Kanika), they have sent me mail also and asking me to provide D.O.A. form from the co's. authorised service center. i was not given knowledge of full form of D.O.A. which came to know at co's. authorised service center that (DEAD ON ARRIVAL) Sorry to say but real fact is if parts like Recharge pin is damaged or torn then also said product is count under Damaged product and for that customer like me is protected under Consumer rights.and co. is bound to replace or refund me.
obi customer care is not providing their co's registered office address, moreover it is also not provide in co's warranty card/booklet.
