Leading telecom service provider Bharti Airtel is teaming up with Nodwin Gaming which is a prominent Indian eSports company to bring Singtel s PVP eSports Championship 2018 to India. The PVP eSports Championship is one of the more prominent gaming tournaments held in South Asia. Airtel has now opened up registrations for the India leg of the tournament thus giving the Indian eSports community to this tournament. The tournament will feature two games where participants can compete, the mobile game Arena of Valor and the PC game Dota 2. The India leg of the tournament will begin on August 31, and the registration for the event is currently open and will close on August 30. The tournament has a total prize pool of $300,000 (approximately Rs 2,10,28,500), and the India leg of the tournament will be held over a period of two weeks. One team from each of the games will be chosen to represent the country at the final rounds that will be held in Singapore from October 2, 2018.
