News about Dark Souls Remastered has been doing the rounds of the internet for some weeks now and the game is due to release on May 25. The game was initially supposed to come out for PC, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch.
But now the developers have released a gameplay video of the game on PlayStation 4. The graphics look much sharper on this compared to the Switch version and this news ought to get the PS4 users excited. The new trailer comes from the Amazon listing of the game on PS4.
The trailer was not uploaded to YouTube by Amazon, but by a user named Kali. He mentioned in his Reddit post about how he could not find it anywhere else on YouTube so took it upon himself to do it. Kali also noticed that the roar of the gargoyle in this trailer is different from that of the Switch trailer and so are the textures.
The Remastered version is basically the same game, but with graphics and textures that have been reworked to appear the best it can on modern systems. The original gameplay is retained and so is the storyline, and those looking for new content would not be too happy.
