It’s the first day of E3 2018 and there has already been a lot of new launches from different companies like EA, Microsoft, Bethesda, Square Enix, Ubisoft, Sony and others. We have covered all the major launches that these companies have made and here are the highlights.
Electronic Arts, known for its list of most popular games franchises out there, shared some big developments that it has been working on and among those were new trailers for Anthem and Unravel 2.
Besides these, there have been other offerings from the company. This includes Command and Conquer, Sea of Solitude, Unravel two, FIFA 19, Madden NFL 19, NBA Live 19, Battlefield V multiplayer and Origin Access premiere.
Microsoft at the Xbox press conference at E3 2018 at Los Angeles unveiled games include new Halo and Gears of War games, Fallout 76, The Division 2, Dying Light 2, a brand new Cyberpunk 2077 trailer, and a new samurai action game called Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice from the makers of Dark Souls.
Bethesda lit things up at the Electronic Entertainment Expo 2o18 trade show and announced a bunch of new Elder Scrolls games for all kinds of platforms, a new Fallout and much more.
The Japanese dev Square Enix had no more than a couple of game announcements and some extended looks of games we had already seen like Just Cause 4 and Shadow of the Tomb Raider.
Ubisoft on the other hand showed some crazy pirate action in the Skull and Bones gameplay trailer, and then of course the much awaited Assassin’s Creed Odyssey gameplay.
This was a great night for fans of samurai games as we saw some incredible samurai action in Ghost of Tsushima at the Sony press conference. We also had another glimpse from the new Spider-Man game, oh and we’re getting Nioh 2.
