The last few years has seen Bethesda climb to the top of the gaming food chain, and keeping with tradition, it had a fantastic year in 2017. During E3 last year, Bethesda had a kitty full of surprises for gamers.
Although not a lot is known about what the company has to offer at E3 2018, there are some things to be expected. The company has hinted that there might be a new Doom installment on the way this year.
Here’s what Bethesda’s VP Pete Hines had to say in an interaction with DualShockers about Bethesda’s launches at E3 2018.
“I couldn’t give you any guesses as to what we’re going to announce and when those games will be out. But I will say, we have a lot of new stuff to talk about at E3. Whether or not folks realize it, this is the hell on Earth time for us with E3. We are in the midst of so much planning and work for all of that content but I’m really excited.
I think we have a lot of stuff that folks are going to like. To my earlier comment, it’s going to be a big mix of stuff that’s all over the place. It’s not going to be like all [one] kind of game or genre. It’s going to be a lot of stuff in a lot of different areas and hopefully, there’s something in there for everybody.”
The take away that we may have from this (but with a pinch of salt of course), is that the company is probably going to talk about more than one game. Hines has also talked about two major games that might be launched before Elder Scrolls 6.
