Nintendo Switch is one of the most popular consoles out there right now, and this is accounted to the fact that the console is extremely portable and easy to use. On the really convenient modes to use the device is called tabletop mode where the device is popped up using a kickstand and has become extremely popular, especially while playing multiplayer games. But sadly this mode had a flaw up until now, which was, while playing the device could not be charged. Nintendo has now decided to remedy this situation by releasing a new adjustable charging stand which will charge the device while it is being used. The Nintendo Switch Adjustable Charging Stand will be launched in July and will be available for a price of $19.99 (Rs 1,345 approx) in the US. This small plastic accessory can be used to prop up the Nintendo Switch and adjust the angle as well. The base houses a charging port which will be popped into the charging port. The lead wire outlet is from the right side.
Though this is something that the fans wanted, it is not all that they demanded. This is only a charging stand and not a dock, and users will not be able to connect to an external display using this. Users will have to wait a bit longer for that.
There have been third-party options for this feature for a while now that are cheaper, but this is a sleek looking official accessory from Nintendo that seems much sturdier.
