The most recent update to hit PUBG Mobile is version 0.9.0, which brought in new weapons, Halloween outfits, themes, and a night mode to the game. Along with that PUBG Mobile also brings some Diwali surprise dhamaka offers especially for the Indian community. The new addition is called Diwali Dhamaka Offer , and it comes with a special Diwali pack that includes a ‘kurta pyjama’ set, and a special coupon which will open the corresponding crate. This new special offer can be availed in the game when it launches or by going into the store for 499 UC, which is after a 55 percent discount. The offer is valid only until November 2. There are Diwali special events in the game as well, which are called Diwali: Stayin Alive, Diwali: Lonewolf, and Diwali: Terminator. Diwali: Stayin Alive comes with four survival challenges that includes surviving in Classic Duo matches for a time period of 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 90 minutes and 200 minutes.

Diwali: Lonewolf entails players having to finish a match in top 5 or 10, and two matches in top 1 or 5. Coins and crates are rewarded for this achievement in Classic Solo matches. As for the last one, Diwali: Terminator, the mode rewards players with 300 coins for killing 10 players, and 700 for 20 enemies killed. Besides this, players can also win a crate for killing 30 players, and a soldier s crate for killing 40 enemies.
