One of the first things players will notice when they open the game now is the iconic Mission Impossible theme playing in the background. Additionally, the update also brings in new movie-themed challenges, such as Team Rush and Survival. Players can complete these challenges to get special in-game rewards in the form of Agent IDs. These can further be used to the buy and dress in-game characters with the same jackets, pants and boots Tom Cruise wears in the movie. It also includes customizable parachutes that are inspired by his skydiving sequence. Also Read - Twitter Blue FAQs: What is it? How much does it cost? Is free Twitter going away?
This is said to be PUBG Mobile s first major partnership. The new update will be available for both iOS and Android players around the world. It carries enough elements to give players a gist of what to expect from the new Mission Impossible movie, which starts Tom Cruise alongside, Simon Pegg, Henry Cavil and Ving Rhames.
In other news, PUBG recently added the much-awaited War mode to the game along with new weapons and the option to form clans. The War mode works in the same way it does on the PC version of the game. Teams are dropped fully armed in a small playable area enclosed by the blue circle. It is a time-based game and players can respawn as many times as possible until the round ends. The objective of the game is to get more kills than other teams in order to win the round. The size of the update is 1.6GB for Android devices and 2.2GB for iOS devices.
