Rockstar Games has fans on the edge of their seats with its upcoming game Red Dead Redemption 2, which is a sequel of the extremely successful first part. And if latest findings are to be considered true, then Red Dead Redemption 2 is all set to hit PC along with Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
This news was dug up by TGFG, which is a Rockstar Community group that hunts for Easter Eggs in GTA V. VG247 s Kirk McKeand was the one to spot the reveal on a LinkedIn profile page that belongs to an unnamed Rockstar developer, who according to his profile has worked on GTA V, and L.A. Noire. And besides these two games, this person has also stated Red Dead Redemption 2 in his experience. And this is where that person happens to mention the platforms of the game that includes both the consoles and PC.
Since the reveal, fans have had their fingers crossed in hope that this is not one of those times when a developer made a mistake, and stated something incorrectly. There is even a petition at Change.org to bring Red Dead Redemption to PC that has progressed from 66,548 signatures toward the 75,000 target.
Now what is left is to have some kind of official confirmation about the whole thing which also brings into question about how exactly devs may go about bringing the game to PC. They might just go about the way they did with GTA V, and release it first on the console and then after a while on PC which frankly no one want but is the most probably. Or they might just launch it with the console versions on October 26.
